1. They are properly licensed to speak with people over the phone within the entire US.
2. They are properly bonded and licensed within the State the are incorporated in to operate.
3. They matain all compliance items within their firm regardless of pointless accusations.
4. They have multiple departments within their firm. So, if you are not able to reach your originating agent, you can speak with someone in the Customer Service Department. This is a nice rarety due to the fact that if you just wanna speak to someone, just let the initial admin person know and you get to! They also have a Support Department, a Technical Department, and a Compliance Department. 5. They have recently acquired a new ‘wholesale’ rental agreement so that some owners may at least receive some type of financial gain while awaiting to receive a potential prospect offer.

You may not think that makes much sense….but ask someone what their actual impression traffic was specifically marketing to find potential prospects whom want to buy or rent! Don’t allow someone to trick you in thinking that the traffic through that site is specifically to that site from people whom want to buy or rent.
